At Paradise Point Lake Resort & Marina, our main goal is to make your time on Lay Lake easier, cleaner, and more comfortable. We want every visit to feel like a true retreat. To ensure your complete comfort during your time with us, we are implementing a series of significant property improvements and renovations.
All these upgrades will be carried out throughout the summer, and we have carefully scheduled the work to ensure that there will be no service disruptions during your time on the water.

Facility Renovations & A Modern Lake House Feel
We are enhancing our core facilities to ensure that every aspect of your visit is clean, comfortable, and visually appealing.
Completed Upgrades: We have already completed the foundational work, which includes installing a brand-new roof, applying fresh exterior paint, and upgrading all mechanical equipment to ensure the property operates smoothly.
Upcoming Bathroom Remodels: Our next project involves a complete redesign of the facility bathrooms. We are introducing a clean, modern lake house aesthetic to elevate the guest experience.
Ship Store Refresh: After the bathroom remodels, the ship store will receive a full update to better cater to your boating and daily needs.
Fresh Energy at The Point Grill & Bar
Whether you are stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for an evening of live entertainment, The Point Grill & Bar is undergoing a major renovation to improve your lakeside dining experience.
All-New Porch Experience: The porch has been completely revamped, featuring fresh paint, new ceiling fans, and brand-new tables and chairs.
Live Music Stage: We have added a dedicated stage to host live music right by the water.
Coming Soon: Stay tuned for entirely new patio furniture, along with significant upgrades to our kitchen equipment, allowing us to serve you faster and better.
Expanding Marina Services & Storage
Protecting your investment and ensuring your time on the water is effortless are our top priorities at the marina.
Dock Edging & Fuel: We are currently in the process of installing new dock edging throughout the marina. Additionally, we are adding new 24/7 fuel pumps to enhance your convenience while on the water.
New Covered Storage: Starting in July, we will significantly expand our storage capabilities. We will be demolishing 12 of our older storage units and replacing them with 40 brand-new covered storage stalls.
